High quality Crops on aquaponics systems:
Question by e!: Looking for audio computer software for "cropping" a song with out loss of good quality?
I'm positive crop isn't the correct term haha, but that is essentially what I'm attempting to do.

I want to take a component of a song out, but when I use the program I have now (GoldWave), it turns the high quality from whatever it is (be it FLAC, 320kbps, 256kbps, VBR, 192kbps, and so on) to 128kbps. This occurs each time.
