Hello, I have a huge tub of soil that has been sitting outside given that August of 2009. Ever since then the soil has turned pitch dark. I bought another bag of soil and planted plants.I discovered that the seeds in the new bag of soil grew quicker than the ones in the old soil. Is there a way to make the soil that was sitting out since August 2009 much more healthier?
